Their response time, if you have a question or problem, is pretty much immediate. The installers work very neatly and efficiently, but are never too busy to answer a question with a smile. Every member of the team cares about your individual system on your home. Never did I feel that this is a cookie cutter operation. Everything is tailored to your power needs and the aesthetics of your particular home, The price of the system was reasonable and now every day I feel good about being able to do something tangible to benefit the environment!
