Brighten Solar Co. is happy to be receiving the Spirit of Small Business Green Business Award! We are humbled by this honor and couldn’t be more appreciative in accepting this award.

A big thank you to the Pacific Coast Business Times and the Los Angeles District Office of the U.S. Small Business Administration who created the Spirit of Small Business award 14 years ago to recognize the accomplishments of small business. This award honors businesses with fewer that 100 employees in the eight categories: Ventura County,  Santa Barbara County, San Luis Obispo County, Woman-Owned Business, Minority-Owned Business, Family-Owned Business, Green Business and Exporter of the Year (see other winners here). Entries for the award are based on the nominee’s record of success, ability to overcome adversity and community commitment, in addition to meeting the basic requirements of being tri-county based and having fewer than 100 employees.

Brighten Solar Co. was chosen for its business methods and success in spreading the renewable energy footprint to the tri-county area. The team works relentlessly to provide its clients with a range of options and pricing to develop the best systems for Commercial, Residential, and Non-Profit solar installations.
